Testimonials
Hi, I'm Anola!
I am going into my 19th year of teaching and I work at what many would consider a challenging school. I teach in a school, with grades 7-8, in a city school district with a Title 1 program. When I first accepted the job at my school, I almost did not make it through the first year. I always thought I did a great job with classroom management in the past, but quickly realized it was because I didn't have to face a lot of true challenging behaviors. Honestly, I got too comfortable.
I thought just being the adult in the room was enough. I quickly realized it was not. I knew I needed to have to have an actual classroom management system. I did a lot of research, asked a lot of questions and through a lot of trial and error I devised a plan that has worked for me year after year.
And now I'm sharing it all with you!
I am now in year 6 at the same school, and each year has gotten easier and easier. My mission with this course is to help make things a little easier for you, too.
